This flat hierarchical system enables each individual to understand the plaza dynamics and situations at ground level in a better manner and ability to handle critical situations. We motivate our employees by providing a performance driven monthly incentive and ensuring that salaries are paid by 15th of every month.
A typical plaza with 10 + 2 lanes would have following manpower structure for toll operations, which can be amended based on specific requirements of the Client.
