Oganisation Structure at Toll Plazas

Unlike other establishments we follow a unique organization pattern wherein apart from the Senior Leader; we rely on interchangeable operability of all employees i.e. Group Leaders, Lane Assistants and Toll Collectors. This flat hierarchical system enables each individual to understand the plaza dynamics and situations at ground level in a better manner and ability to handle critical situations. We motivate our employees by providing a performance driven monthly incentive and ensuring that salaries are paid by 15th of every month.

A typical plaza with 10 + 2 lanes would have following manpower structure for toll operations, which can be amended based on specific requirements of the Client.

    Typical Structure

  • Senior Leader– 2+1
  • Group Leader – 3+1 (one in each shift plus reliever)
  • LAs – 12 + 3 (4 in each shift plus reliever)
  • TCs – 42 +7 (14 in each shift and 7 as reliever)
  • Validators – 3 +1 (1 in each shift plus reliever)
  • Control Room Operators – 3+1(1 in each shift plus reliever)
  • Cashiers – 3 +1 (1 in each shift plus reliever)
